Privacy notice

Telemedicine operates this clinic platform with HIPAA-aligned controls. This page describes those controls; it is not a certification.

What we collect

Identity (name, phone, email, address, gender, age, marital status), clinical notes, vitals, documents, lab reports, billing, and video call metadata. Staff KYC includes license numbers, qualifications, work history, and professional references.

How we protect it

  • Role-based access for Patient, Doctor, Paramedical, and Admin.
  • Authenticated file storage outside the public web root.
  • TLS in transit (HSTS) and hashed passwords.
  • Email and phone OTP for sign-in and registration.
  • Audit log for KYC decisions, doctor reassignment, and withdrawals.

Who can see records

Patients see their own records. Assigned clinicians see records needed for care. Admins see documents for operations. We do not sell health data.

Where clinical details belong

Symptoms, photos, records, and prescriptions stay on your signed-in member chart or the on-site Instant support desk. Do not send that information on WhatsApp, SMS, or a personal email thread. WhatsApp is offered only for membership and booking questions.
